Respecting Intellectual Property

Inquiziti LLC respects the intellectual property of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we have established procedures to handle notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any content hosted on Inquiziti infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a formal notification by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material on our platform (e.g., the direct URL of the activity or question).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Inquiziti to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If material you posted has been removed due to a DMCA notice, you have the right to file a Counter-Notification. To do so, you must send a written communication to our Designated Agent containing:
