DMCA & Copyright Policy

Respecting Intellectual Property
Inquiziti LLC respects the intellectual property of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we have established procedures to handle notices of alleged copyright infringement.
1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any content hosted on Inquiziti infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a formal notification by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material on our platform (e.g., the direct URL of the activity or question).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Inquiziti to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If material you posted has been removed due to a DMCA notice, you have the right to file a Counter-Notification. To do so, you must send a written communication to our Designated Agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Nassau County, New York, if outside the US), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Inquiziti operates a zero-tolerance repeat infringer policy. We will terminate access to the Service for any user who repeatedly infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
